RETURNS & REFUND POLICY 

We want you to love your Noa Designs purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’re happy to offer exchanges or store credit under the terms below. 

Exchange policy is valid for up to 30 days from the date of purchase. For online orders, this begins from the date your parcel was delivered. For in-store purchases, it begins from the date of purchase. The item for exchange must be in the same condition it left the studio, including packaging and must not have been worn.  
In store: Exchanges and store credit
Online: Size exchanges for the same item or store credit for eligible items
Items not eligible for return or exchange
  • Earrings (due to hygiene reasons)
  • Bespoke or custom orders

If posting your return, we recommend using a trackable service, as Noa Designs is not responsible for items lost in transit. And the postage is at the customers expense.


WARRANTY & REPAIRS

All Chains include a 6-month warranty from the date of purchase.
Jewellery, including Gold Filled, Sterling Silver and Pearls, purchased from Noa Designs includes a 6-month warranty from the date of purchase. 
All Solid Gold purchases include a 12-month warranty from the date of purchase. 

All warranty claims are assessed by Noa Designs. The warranty covers manufacturing faults only and does not cover general wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse, or failure to follow care instructions. If a piece shows signs of damage beyond normal wear, a repair fee may apply and the warranty will be void. Any items found to have a manufacturing fault within the warranty period will be repaired at no cost.
